Coco Key Hotel & Water Park Resort, Orlando

My stay was incredibly disappointing. The property was dirty and poorly maintained, and the room had a distinctive unpleasant smell. The staff I encountered were nice, but that didn't excuse the lack of cleanliness or the condition of the amenities. Despite the high resort fee, the facilities felt more like a rundown motel than a resort. The water park area was overcrowded and not well-kept, making it hard to enjoy our time there.
