Coco Key Hotel & Water Park Resort, Orlando

My stay was incredibly disappointing. The property was dirty and poorly maintained, and the room had a distinctive unpleasant smell. The staff I encountered were nice, but that didn’t excuse the lack of cleanliness or the condition of the amenities. Despite the high resort fee, the facilities felt more like a rundown motel than a resort. The water park area was overcrowded and not well-kept, making it hard to enjoy our time there.

The highlight of our stay was definitely the water park, which was a big hit with my kids. While the room was clean, it could have used better attention to detail, and the food options were quite disappointing. The service had its ups and downs, as some staff members were great, but others seemed overwhelmed. Overall, it was a fun family experience, but there are certainly areas that need improvement.
